Pai Lum or White Dragon Kung Fu is a path along the Way, a path of both life and death. Pai Lum is taught in the Fire Dragon Kung Fu Club, and offers prospective students a traditional Kung Fu, with Chinese philosophy, Chi control, meditation and the achievement of harmony.

While students learn both physical and mental elements of effective self defence, the Way of the White Dragon offers far more than just this. It is a Way for a student of the Martial Arts to gain self knowledge and self confidence , a Way for her or him to realise his or her own potential.

So, the White Dragon is both a Way and an Association of those who follow that Way, and while we live and breathe, so does the Dragon!
