MASSIVE YELLOW SASH GRADING!
On Thursday 3rd November, three White Sash students earned their Yellow Sashes.
Congratulations to Ray Fyans, Ben Matthews and Mark Matthews.
The grading helped them understand that correct breathing is very important for relaxing and allowing good performance, and of course, that practice underlies profficiency in Kung Fu!
