NOVEMBER TRAINING AND EVENTS

Weekend training for November will be on Sunday 11th - but at the later time of 5.00 pm. Rember dress for the weather, but we train rain, hail or shine!
Students are strongly encouraged to attend the weekend training sessions on 17th and 18th November with Sifu Jamie Scuffell of the Shen Jao Pai Athletic Association, who is trravelling to Canberra with five of his senior students,rom Townsville, to share his way - Shaking Crane - with us.
