JULY NEWS AND TRAINING

The big news for July is that Fire Dragon classes in Ainslie will change to separate classes for beginners and seniors from 1 July!
Training nights will remain Tuesdays and Thursday, and beginners will train from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm, while seniors will train from 8.30 to 10.00 pm. Beginners are very welcome to stay to watch seniors, and seniors are welcome to help with beginners sessions!
Weekend training will still be at the Winter training time of 4.00 pm on Sunday 4 July, but will be earlier on Sunday 18th July - at 2.00 pm. This will allow students to come to the July social event - for more details, contact
